I have just taken on a new client who is a single man who lives on his own and is looking for a part time OR full time Housekeeper. He is looking for the following:

Speaks good English. Russian a bonus but not required.

Someone who is able to follow clear instructions, often written
Someone who can work 4-5 hours a day 2-3 days a week or 8 hours a day for 4-5 days a week (can be variable)
Someone who will essentially keep the house very clean and tidy (they will undertake all cleaning work)
Duties required are cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking simple food ( a cook is also employed 3 times a week)
Someone who will receive parcels and deal with them
Feeding and playing with his dog and two cats
Someone who is willing to look after the animals ( and possibly take them to their home ) in the employer’s absence
Someone who is willing to travel occasionally with the employer
Someone who is capable and physically fit. The flat is set over two floors - ground and 1st floor
