Specifically: independent play, sensory experiences, minimal screens and lots of play time outdoors (even in poor weather and winter months). Mum is half Danish so they would love a Nanny with a Danish or Scandinavian background!

They are looking for a nanny who can provide full time care during weekdays (45-50hrs/wk. Typically 9-6.30 but they must have some flexibility to sometimes work slightly longer and shorter weeks, including occasional evening/weekend coverage (with additional pay).

They are targeting an all-in budget of £65,000 per year covering gross pay, employer NI, and pension contribution. In terms of net pay, this would come out around £18 net per hour.
